Account creation and log-in problems and questions

When resetting my password, I do not get an email to reset it.
When you resetting your password, you have to give the email address linked to your account. Then you should get an email that lets you reset your password.
If this is not the case, check if you actually have an account on the website. When registering for the study association, you do not automatically get an account, you have to create it yourself.

If you are sure you have an account but still cannot reset your password, you can send a message to sf.internetcie@wur.nl.

Event related questions

I subscribed for an activity, but accidentally subscribed twice
That's unfortunate, but don't worry, we can easily fix this. This most often happens when you click twice on the subscribe button while the page is still loading.

If it seems that the activity is full because of your double subscription, can you please send an email to sf.internetcie@wur.nl? 

Internodium related questions

I recently moved and am subscribed to the Internodium, what should I do?
If you have recently moved or want your adress changed, you should contact the Board of Semper Florens. This can be done by sending an email with your new adress.
