One committee is chosen every month to be ‘the committee of the month’. In this column, we tell about the activities and/or goals of one of the many committees of Semper Florens. This month, the ConsumpCie.
The ConsumpCie is our newest committee, that is working very hard to become an official Committee of Semper Florens. Last year they organised a sandwich lunch and a waffle lunch, which were both very delicious. Besides that they wrote 2 recipes for the Internodium. The first one was all about porridge and the second about summer salad. The goal of the committee is to improve the integration between members of Semper Florens, while having fun with making food. This college year there was a second waffle lunch, exclusively for First Years, which was a success, and dessert for the InternationalCie diner was made. You will probably eat some cookies or pie that will be made by the ConsumpCie upcoming year!
The ConsumpCie is the committee of the month, because at the General Meeting upcoming Wednesday (the 2nd of October) they will finally become official! In the lunch break of the same day, they will also organise a Pasta Salad Lunch. Hopefully we will see you there!
